Webinar on " IT Career Awareness Session"
Department of B.VOC. (Software Development) under Faculty of Vocation,Poona College organized an Webinar on " IT Career Awareness Session" on 06 Feb 2021 by Budh Ram Gurung.(BRG) Teacher, Mentor, Educator, Social Coder, Open Source Contributor and Researcher for the Students of B.VOC(Software Development).BBA (CA) and around 110 students have attended the session.


Web Development topics like Front End Web Developer Roles, Back End Web Developer Roles ,Full Stack Web Developer Roles, HTML, JavaScript , CSS, React, Angular JS, Bootstrap , CMS ,Databases, Open Source Technologies, Cloud have been discussed.

Various Learning Path to Become a Web Developer also discussed.

The students of B.VOC, B.B.A. (CA) have fully encouraged and Motivated by the Expert  and the session was successfully concluded with vote of thanks given by Mr. Irfan Chaugule, Assistant Professor in Computer Science

Educational Trip to Imagica Theme Park

 The Department of B.Voc Software Development at AKI’s Poona College of Arts, Science, and Commerce organized an educational and recreational trip to Imagica Theme Park on 1st February 2025. The trip was conducted under the esteemed guidance and support of Dr. Iqbal N. Shaikh (Principal), Dr. Amjad Shaikh (Vice Principal), and Dr. Imran Baig Mirza (Coordinator, B.Voc Software Development). The trip was meticulously planned and coordinated by Ms. Nikhat Hurzuk (Assistant Professor) and Mr. Farooque Shaikh (Nodal Officer, B.Voc Department), who also accompanied the students along with *Dr. Imran Baig Mirza* to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.   A total of 34 students and 3 faculty members embarked on this much-awaited trip.
