Under the esteemed guidance of *Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh* and *Vice Principal Dr. Amjad Shaikh, the **Department of BBA-CA* and the *Department of B.Voc Software Development, in partnership with the **Rubicon Foundation, successfully conducted the *Soft Skill Development & Python Programming Training Program from *28th December 2024 to 14th January 2025. The 16-day program, held daily from **9:00 AM to 2:00 PM*, aimed to equip students with practical Python programming skills and essential soft skills to enhance their employability and prepare them for industry challenges.
The program followed a structured methodology, combining interactive lectures, hands-on practice, and collaborative activities. Sessions included theoretical discussions, practical exercises, and daily recaps to reinforce learning. Motivational talks and group activities enhanced confidence and teamwork, while regular feedback ensured continuous improvement. This approach enabled students to gain both technical expertise and soft skills in a cohesive learning environment.
The first phase of the program, focused on Python programming, was conducted by *Mr. Lakhan Anil Shrivastav, a Python Consultant and Junior Data Scientist. Initially scheduled to end on **9th January 2025, the training was extended by two days due to enthusiastic participation, concluding on **11th January 2025*. The sessions covered Python basics, data types, loops, functions, object-oriented programming, and advanced problem-solving techniques, with practical exercises and real-world applications enhancing learning.
Daily sessions were meticulously structured, starting with Python basics on *28th December 2024, and progressing through topics like strings, lists, tuples, dictionaries, and operators. Advanced topics, such as Django framework and object-oriented programming, were introduced alongside aptitude exercises on topics like percentages, profit and loss, and coding and decoding. Motivational sessions further encouraged students to pursue career excellence. A special felicitation event on **9th January 2025* recognized *Mr. Shrivastav’s* contribution, with *Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh* commending the program’s practical relevance and *students providing positive feedback*.
The second phase, held on *13th and 14th January 2025, focused on soft skill development. **Ms. Shruti Kamble* led a session on communication, teamwork, and workplace etiquette, while *Mr. Shreyas Kundale* covered leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. Role-playing activities and interactive discussions helped participants build interpersonal skills essential for professional success.
The program concluded on *14th January 2025* with a valedictory session. *Principal Dr. Iqbal N.
