On 21st of October 2023, AKI's Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce's Department of B. Voc Software Development successfully hosted the workshop "IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS." under the esteemed leadership of Principal Professor Dr. Aftab Anwar Shaikh and Vice Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh, the focus was on imparting valuable insights into IT infrastructure and operational management for the B. Voc. Software Development students. Notably, Mr. Zaheer Khan, the Operation Manager at Dinero Software Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, shared his extensive knowledge and experience as a distinguished guest, emphasizing the institution's commitment to providing top-quality education in the IT sector and fostering professional growth among the participants.
The Department of B. Voc. Software Development anticipates organizing similar events in the future. Throughout the day, participants explored best practices and real-world case studies, gaining practical knowledge on various aspects including IT infrastructure management, DevOps, server management, network administration, storage handling, data center operations, and the utilization of the Linux operating system in Amazon Cloud.

Software Development organized a seminar titled "IT Infrastructure and Operations" on October 14 and 21, 2023. The seminar aimed to provide second and third-year students enrolled in B.Voc.
